- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.

- To manage our relationship with you if you become a client.
- To consider job applicants for roles with Teamr.
- To keep our website secure and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, under obligations to protect it:
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Microsoft, which provides our email and collaboration tools.
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site and receives your IP address when the page loads.

These providers may store or process information outside the Philippines, including in Australia, the United States and other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected to a standard comparable to Philippine and Australian law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner. Client and job applicant information is kept for as long as the relationship requires and then for any period the law requires.
How we protect it
We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal information, including access limited to staff who need it, multi-factor authentication on our accounts and encrypted connections to this website. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your information, to object to its processing, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, to be indemnified for damages, and to lodge a complaint. To use any of these rights, email our Data Protection Officer at info@teamr.ph. We will respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect any processing that took place before you withdrew it.
Complaints
Please contact our Data Protection Officer first so we can try to resolve your concern. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. If you are in Australia, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Client information we handle as a service provider
When our team members work in a client's systems, we handle that client's information on the client's instructions under our services agreement and data processing agreement with the client. Questions about that information should be directed to the client concerned.
